Motorized shears TKS

Motoric shears of the TKS type are the latest product of manufacturer and belong to the most powerful machines of their category that are available on the market. They are designed for cutting of plates from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.

The robust steel construction and powerful direct actuator gives the machine the possibility to cut of sheets up to 5mm of thickness. Required quality of shearing for different thicknesses and material quality can be achieved by setting the optimal clearance between the blades.

Sheet holder is rubberized and this prevents the damage to the material during cutting process. When cutting dimensional sheets, it is recommended to use both the extension arms on the table and table segments for easier handling with material sheared.

Control of the machine is provided by foot pedal. The wide standard and special accessories allow choosing the optimal device that is exploitable in manufacturing, construction, maintenance and servicing.

They are manufactured in three versions:

TKS - manual back gauge 0-750mm

TKS EB - motorized back gauge 0-750mm, with manual fine adjustment to the position

TKS EC - motorized back gauge 0-750mm, NC control system
